The Directors of Broadbeach Law Group wish to congratulate Ms Mayra Kaizu and Mr Ray Watanabe on their admission as solicitors to the roll of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Ms Kaizu has worked in Broadbeach Law Group's property & conveyancing division for the past one and half years under the supervision of Mr Clinton Smith and conveyancing manager, Judy McKintosh.
"I am very pleased to have assisted Mayra in her transition from law clerk to solicitor. Mayra has specialised in all forms of property transactions and is competent in residential & commercial conveyancing, mortgages, leases and other commercial transactions" said Mr Smith who has over thirty years of experience in practicing law on the Gold Coast.
Mayra is looking forward to continuing her career in property & commercial law with the Broadbeach Law Group. Hailing originally from Brazil, Mayra speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish and welcomes anyone to contact her for property law and commercial advice.
Mr Watanabe who performed his Practical Legal Training over the past 6 months has performed work in all four divisions of Broadbeach Law Group, namely Behlau Lawyers, Murakami Family Law, BBLG Conveyancing and Clinton R Smith Commercial and Litigation Lawyers. Mr Watanabe has been a diligent and hardworking law clerk and has gained valuable skill sets in the firm's practice areas.
